Hey, let me tell ya about that new game, Starfield. Folks been talkin’ about it a lot, and I tell ya, it’s gettin’ some good marks. Now, don’t go thinkin’ I know all them fancy things, but I heard this OpenCritic fella gave it a score of 87, and that’s after lookin’ at over a hundred reviews! That’s a lotta people, I reckon. So, if so many folks say it’s good, it must be somethin’ special.
Now, what’s this game about, ya ask? Well, it’s got somethin’ to do with space, they say. You get in a ship and fly all over, like them folks in them big ol’ movies where they go shootin’ stars. They call it a space-faring RPG. Don’t ask me what that means, but I reckon it’s got lots of story stuff, and you play as one of them space folks, like you’re livin’ in the stars. Ain’t that somethin’?
They’ve been talkin’ about this here game for a long time. It’s from them fellas at Bethesda. You know, the ones who made them Fallout games. My nephew played that Fallout thing for hours, never did his chores. So I reckon Starfield’s got folks just as excited. You can play it on that Game Pass thing too, ya know. It’s that deal where you pay some money, and you can try all sorts of games, like a big ol’ buffet but with games instead of food.
But don’t just take my word. Them critics out there, they’ve all been sayin’ it’s pretty darn good. OpenCritic ain’t always easy to please, but 87? Now that’s a strong score. I also saw some folks sayin’ somethin’ about an expansion or some extra content called Shattered Space. But, well, that didn’t get as good a score. They called it ‘weak’ after about 40 reviews. So, not everything’s a winner, but hey, you can’t have it all, right?
People who like space and fancy gadgets are gonna love this game, I reckon. You get to explore a whole bunch of planets, build ships, and do all sorts of things that sound mighty complicated but fun. Now, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but if you’re into that kinda stuff, sounds like Starfield’s a real treat. And from what I hear, there’s always somethin’ new poppin’ up in these big games—new planets, new stories, and maybe even a few surprises along the way.
Now, I ain’t one for all this high-tech stuff, but I do know folks talk about games like they’re the biggest thing in the world. And Starfield, well, it sure sounds like one of them biggies. All them reviewers can’t be wrong, right? If you’re lookin’ to take a trip to the stars without leavin’ your couch, maybe give it a look. With that 87 score on OpenCritic, seems like it’s worth a try if you’re into them kinds of games.
But hey, don’t go rushin’ out just ‘cause I said so. Always good to check it out for yourself. Who knows, maybe you’ll like it even more than them critics did. Or maybe you’ll find it ain’t for you. Either way, there’s somethin’ special about a game that gets so many folks talkin’. And in this case, they’re talkin’ real nice about Starfield.
