Hey there, folks! Now lemme tell ya ’bout this game called Baldur’s Gate 3. Ya might be wonderin’ how to stop Zarys from bein’ all hostile-like. Well, I got some tips for ya that’ll help keep things peaceful-like.
First thing ya gotta know, if ya run into Rugan and want that strongbox, ya better not be killin’ him. If ya do anything other than that, Zarys and her whole gang in that hideout gonna get all riled up and hostile. And lemme tell ya, if they start blowin’ up them Smokepowder Barrels lyin’ around, ya whole party could be toast in no time.
Now, if ya find yerself in a scuffle that ya can’t handle, don’t worry none. Just hightail it outta there and press that camp button. This’ll end the fight and pop ya right back to safety in yer camp. If ya wanna get real fancy, use them spells called Enhance Leap and Feather Fall. These spells’ll help ya jump past them pesky encounters and cover big ol’ distances.
When ya first walk into Zhentarim Hideout, Zarys might be nice if ya saved her buddy from them hyenas. Can’t remember his name right now, but if ya rescue him and his team, she’ll turn off all them traps for ya, which is mighty nice of her.
Now, here’s a thing. If ya got that flask from the chest, ya gotta be careful. If ya picked the lock and took that bottle out, don’t be showin’ it to Zarys. If ya do, she’s gonna get all hostile and start a fight. Some folks say the easiest way is to just let them gnolls kill the guards by the chest. Then ya can deliver it to the Zhents and even buy some good items off of ’em.
One more tip for ya, if one of yer characters done somethin’ to upset Zarys or her crew, like bewitchin’ or stealin’, leave that character behind when ya go to talk to ’em. Use a different character for them interactions. That way, Zarys won’t be holdin’ no grudges.
